I truly love what I do. Yoga is not just my job — it’s a big part of my life.
I spent years as a student before becoming a teacher, and I still continue to learn every day. I regularly invest time in advanced trainings to deepen my knowledge and become better at what I do.
I’m especially passionate about anatomy, and I’m always studying, researching, and learning more about the body — so I can guide you in a way that is both safe and effective.
In my private sessions, I guide you with clear cues and, with your permission, hands-on adjustments to help release tension, reduce pain, and bring better alignment into your body.
I also teach you how to use props like blocks and straps — whether you need to make movements more accessible or go deeper safely.
Over time, I’ve taken everything I teach and turned it into structured video-based programs — so even if you can’t join private or in-person classes, you can still practice with me anytime, anywhere.
My goal is not just to teach poses, but to help you understand your body, feel more confident, and actually see real progress.
