Private Yoga Session - For women only
These one-on-one sessions are designed exclusively for women, in a calm, safe, and supportive space in my home.
Each session is 60 minutes, fully personalized based on your goals — whether you want to build strength, improve flexibility, work on mobility, practice arm balances, or explore inversions.
No matter your level, I guide you step by step and adjust everything to your body. We also use simple yoga props like blocks and straps to make the practice more accessible or help you go deeper safely.
You’ll receive hands-on adjustments (with your permission) to help you better understand each movement, feel more confident, and progress faster.
This is a space where you can focus on yourself, feel comfortable, and truly connect with your body.
